Newly built guesthouse with stone patio is situated in a tropical garden with large charcoal grill, and a beautiful grotto/fountain outside the large bedroom window. Clean and bright. Close to beach, shopping, and charming local businesses, yet quiet and tranquil. Tours, world class diving & snorkling, horseback riding, car, moped, and bike rentals and more can all be arranged for you.
The large guesthouse has one bedroom and one bathroom and a full kitchen. The bedroom sleeps 2, using either a king or two twin beds. Linens and towels changed every 3 days, daily maid service is optional and requires an extra small fee. Full kitchen, and free wireless internet, free drinking water, free calls to the US from the main house. Whisper quiet air conditioning, and pressurized water system add to the comfort and charm of your perfect island getaway.

Enjoy off season rates from May thru October!! $50/night - $325/week
for up to two people.
Low season monthly rate is $895/ month with
limited ammenities.
November thru April rates - $65/night, $425/week.
High season monthly rate is $1175/month with limited ammenities.
2 night minimum, 50% deposit due at time of reservation, Balance is
due upon arrival. Reservation will not be held until deposit is
received. Deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 3
weeks prior to scheduled arrival, or may be applied to another date.
