Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen bed, twin daybed, futon sofabed, queen airmattress, and pull out full sofa bed. Plenty of room for up to 6 guests to spread out comfortably. Pack-n-play is available upon request for our smallest guests.
Kitchen is large and includes a breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your stay. You will find all of the comforts of home. The kitchen, dining room, and family room are nice and open so everyone can enjoy each other while listening to waves. Our dining table seats 6. There is a television in each room, and cable TV. The family room TV is a big screen TV.

Rates do not include $120 normal cleaning (stays less than 30 days) or $150 normal cleaning (stays 30 days or more), $45 damage waiver (covers up to $1500 accidental damages), or 10% tax.
50% is due at reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeit. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
