Our villa boasts its own, fully screened swimming pool with safety fence to protect your children from jumping or falling into the pool when you are not there. Luxury pool furniture has also been provided for your use.

For outdoor dining, there is a large table and top quality seating under the lanai providing an excellent setting overlooking the pool. Additional Rate Information
Rates are inclusive of all Florida taxes. A cleaning fee of $98 is applicable to booking of 6 nights or less. Pool Heating is optional cost of $20 per day. There is a credit charge fee of 3% for all payments by credit/debit cards. We require a 20% of total rental at the time of booking to reserve specific periods on our calendar. A security deposit of $250 is required when making final payment for rental and this is refundable within 14 days after departure provided there are no damages to the property.
