This private and secluded house is minutes away from old town Puerto Vallarta with easy access to the beach. Spend your afternoons lying next to the blue tile heated swimming pool or sipping margaritas under the immense palapa with convenient bar, television and plenty of comfortable seating. Below the palapa is a nicely equipped kitchen, hot/cold bottled water and a gorgeous dining area where you can enjoy meals that for a nominal fee can be provided if you do not feel like cooking.

Each bedroom is located on a different level, which offers plenty of privacy. Every bedroom has its own private balcony, bathroom, air conditioner and closet space. Three bedrooms have king sized beds and one has 2 twin beds. Two have walk-in showers, one has a standard bath tub and one offers a Jacuzzi.

The highest bedroom has bay views, and another features a kitchenette, large tiled bath with shower and a television with many channels.

Other fabulous amenities include a washer and dryer, a charcoal BBQ grill, garage parking for one car, DVD and VCR, small stereo and hairdryer, ironing board and iron.

Complete maid service is provided 5 ½ days per week. You'll love Mercedes. She is very helpful and her continuous smile sets the tone of Casa de los Aritistas.
