Check- In
Check–In time is after 4:00 p.m. Please note: Due to the nature of vacation rentals, cleaning services can require additional time. Residences are not always available at the earliest listed check-in time, especially during peak seasons. A credit card or cash deposit of $250.00 will be taken at check-in to cover any incidentals, damages, etc. Cash deposits are mailed by check in 14 business days. Cash deposits will refunded 14 days after departure.
Check-Out
Check-out time for all properties is 10:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced. Any request for late check-out must be approved by Front Desk within 24 hours of departure (only when that particular home is available and a nominal fee does apply). Sorry, late check-outs are not available during peak & Holiday periods.

Office Hours are: Sunday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. & Friday – Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Arrivals after office hours can pick up the property keys and direction from the lock box located at the front door of the office - Please call our guest services desk for the lock box access code if you plan to arrive late. All guests arriving after office hours must register at the front desk the next morning – failure to register can result in property lock out.
