"Southwestern Cabin adjoining Pike State Forest"
A beautiful location for a southwest getaway. Our Greenbriar Ranch is located on a small country road in the hills amidst the trees. Deer and turkey abound. Our Greenbriar Ranch had 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths with a leather sectional that pulls out to a full size bed. We also adjoin Pike State Forest and the woods surround the cabin. All amentities included, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hot chocolate, tea, coffee and popcorn. NO need to bring anything but food and clothing, we supply all the linens for bed, bath and kitchen. Come enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Home has heat,AC, Dish Network in both the Master Suite and Living Room with Gas fireplace. The Greenbriar Ranch has a full kitchen with all amenitites and Full Dining Room. Master Suite is done in a cowboy theme and has King Bed, Alarm clock, TV, DVD, Dish Network and adjoining Bath. Queen Bedroom is done in a Wolf theme and has alarm clock and all bedding. Full size bedroom is done in a banadana theme and also has a alarm clock and all bedding, also for those younger ones it has a bed rail in closet. Walk out the back door to the wood deck with gas grill, furniture and eating area. Walk down into the secluded wooded setting for the fire pit with built in seating. We offer frisbee disks for frisbee golf at Pike Lake. We have 10 disks available. A deposit of $30.00 if required for the use of the disks and will be refunded when all disks are returned to office. You can hike the many trails on our 22 acres or wonder off to state property. In the spring, watch all the trillium come up and the wildflowers, dogwoods and redbuds line the woods, it is a spectacluar view. Also in the fall, the color of the leaves is absolutely beautiful!!! Don't forget the Fall Festival of Leaves, Held every third weekend in October down in Bainbridge, which is only 4 miles to the center of town. And we are only 1.8 miles from Pike Lake and several other lakes in the area including Rocky Fork, Paint Creek and Lake White. Explore the caves of Cave Canyon just down the road (formally 7 Caves Nature Preserve.) Or you may choose shopping!! Bainbridge has several antique shops and others and Chillicothe the first capitol of Ohio has many areas of interest. Hunting is easily accessable from the back door of our Greenbriar Ranch. Cabin sleeps 8 comfortably. Max is 10. Above 8 people is $10.00 per night per person. We also offer a $20.00 pet friendly fee for pet owners with dogs weighing under 20 lbs. No cats.
