Our upstairs, recently redecorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (B202) is located just 2 blocks from Wailea in South Kihei and directly across the street from beautiful Kama’ole Beach III. Our Maui condo retreat has all the comforts of home as well as extras to make your stay on Maui very special.
This is an upstairs townhouse style 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with an inviting short walk to and from the beach. Slight ocean views and beautiful sunsets are to the west off the living room lanai.
The low rise "building cluster" concept leaves room for enjoyable grassy areas, lots of tropical foliage, and minimal common walls . In fact, the feel of our condo is more like Wailea than other South Kihei resorts but the pricing is Kihei value.
The colorful grounds of this premier condo resort are studded with tropical flowers and palms. 2 pools with jacuzzi's offer a relaxing stop after a hard day of Sun & Surf, golf and other sports.
Our B202 condo offers all the comforts of home. We have air conditioning units, which cool the master bedroom and living areas quickly and quietly. The second bedroom also has an air conditioner and each room has ceiling fans. The kitchen is bright and roomy with all the conveniences for a gourmet chef!
The living and dining areas are spacious with vaulted ceilings and comfortably furnished. There is a sofa, recliners, Flat Screen TV with a DVD player in the living room. DSL is available along with a Radio/CD Player.

Deposit of 2 nights is required within 7days of confirmation to secure reservation.

Full prepayment is due 60-days prior to arrival and 90-days prior to arrival for Christmas/New Year’s.
Special rates are available for 28-day stays or longer.
Check-out cleaning included in stay of 7 nights or longer.
Add cleaning fee of $145.00 for stays of 4-6 nights.
