Our condo is a 15-minute ride from Los Cabos International Airport and is located in a quiet complex on the beautiful Mayan Palace Golf Course. Across the street one can stroll the sandy beaches of the Sea of Cortez and the Hotel zone. Only a 15-minute walk to the charming historic downtown of San Jose del Cabo for restaurants and shopping and 1 mile from the newly built Mega supermarket (similar to a Walmart). For those last minute items, a new convenience store is located at the entrance of the complex. The party town of Cabo San Lucas is just a 20-minute drive, or a bus or taxi ride.
This first floor condo has 2 queen-sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is available as a 1 or 2 bedroom rental. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with oversized shower and sliding glass doors on to the terrace. The condo has a living room that comfortably seats five, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for four, and a large dining terrace overlooking the newly planted cactus gardens and 4th fairway. The main pool is just in front of the building adjacent to ours.

Restaurants and Bars are plentiful in the quiet downtown of San Jose. El Chilar Restaurant is a sure to please dining experience. Tropicana Bar and Grill has great food at reasonable prices and strolling singers on Friday and Saturday nights. Looking for casual, Rusty Putters Sports Bar is within walking distance from the condo. Cabo San Lucas has many terrific restaurants and many bars and is quite a party place.
Directions
From Los Cabos International Airport:
By Car: Take the Transpeninsula Hwy 1 south towards the towns of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Travel approximately 7 miles and turn left towards the “Hotel Zona” and San Jose via the traffic circle at the large yellow monumental structure (you will see the “Mega Store” on the left) on to Paseo de Los Cabos. At the end make a left on to Paseo Malecon San Jose. Travel approximately a ½ mile and make left at La Costa Condominiums (the Hotel Crowne Plaza and the Hotel Solaris will be on the right).
By Airport Shuttle or Taxi: Request transportation to La Costa Condominiums across from the Hotel Solaris.
