Bridger Vista Family Lodge is a newly built luxury log home set on five acres northeast of Bozeman, Montana with a spectacular view of two ski areas. With four bedrooms furnished to accommodate two families or 10 to 12 guests, our home is ideal for entertaining, recreation or relaxation in every season. For luxury and location this vacation home is one of the best values in America.
Not only is down-hill skiing only minutes away, but you can cross country ski in and out of our home to BoHart Nordic Ski Center just across the road. With easy access off highway 86, this mountain retreat is perfect for families, skiers, mountain adventurers and even handicapped guests. Just 16 miles from Bozeman, 35 minutes from the airport and two hours north of Yellowstone National Park, it is the ultimate recreation location to relax and enjoy the mountains in comfort.
The best feature of our home is the spectacular view of the Bridger Mountains from nearly every room. Best of all is the great room with a 22 foot vaulted ceiling, a massive Montana moss rock fireplace, rustic maple floors, an extra large leather sofa, native elk horn chandelier and an inspirational view of the ski area framed in a wall of windows with hand-hewn logs.
The fully stocked kitchen features hickory cabinets, state of the art stainless steel appliances and exotic granite countertops including a cooktop granite island that seats five. The dining area includes an eight-foot custom-made log slab table with leather cushion chairs under a mule deer chandelier. Next to the kitchen are French doors that open onto a covered log deck with a gourmet gas grill overlooking a small stream and alpine grove perfect for picnics and children to explore.
The upstairs master suite includes a private deck with a panoramic mountain view, a California king log bed and a log futon for both seating and extra sleeping space great for children. There is also a wall-mounted plasma TV with an HD satellite tuner, a DVD player and surround sound. The master bath is handicap accessible and features a porcelain tile and marble walk-in glass block shower with a fold down seat and grab bars. The double sink marble vanity is trimmed in mosaic marble with unique pump faucets and alabaster lighting.
The vanity bath on the main floor is also wheelchair accessible and features porcelain tile with a mosaic marble trim, a hammered copper sink, cove lighting and a champagne massage slipper bathtub with a view of the mountains while you bathe.
The lower level has three bedrooms with custom pine beds including two extra long twin bunk beds, a captain XL twin bed, a queen bed with twin trundle, a queen futon and a mountain view from every bedroom. The downstairs bathroom has a marble vanity, alabaster lighting and bathtub shower. There is also a large two car heated garage for your convenience and large capacity washer and dryer in the laundry room with access to a covered patio where you can relax in a hot tub and enjoy the mountain view.
Some of the other luxury features are radiant heat for warm floors, a large out door hot tub spa, whole house audio with keypad control, two plasma TVs with HD satellite service and DVD players, high speed wireless Internet and unlimited long distance telephone service.
