Though the landscaping is incomplete and there is no pool, there is a Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom and a pool table. The interior has gone through extensive refurbishing and will be able to accommodate any large party of 10-18 people comfortably. Because the house is 4000 sq. ft single story and on a ½ acre with no immediate neighbors, you and your party will be able to enjoy yourselves without any threat from the neighbors.

Fortunately, the home is available for your requested dates. In order to reserve your time, a deposit of 25% is requested immediately with the remaining balance due 30 days before your arrival.

Cashier’s checks are fine and if you are interested, I will forward over a contract and address that you may send the deposit
