Our luxurious, NON-SMOKING fifth-floor corner unit is located right on Flamingos Beach, the most beautiful beach in all of Vallarta. Our condo is located in the main building--one of the best units in the entire complex. Our unit faces the ocean, so you will enjoy wall-to-wall views of the ocean, see the sun's evening dip into the Pacific ocean, and understand why Nuevo Vallarta is quickly becoming the most popular vacation destination in Mexico. Your stay in our new and beautifully furnished condominium will be lavished with luxury!
There is a flat-screen color satellite TV, DVD and CD player. For the traveler who wishes to stay in touch while away, our unit is equipped with WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS and a cordless TELEPHONE. A selection of games and paper back books are also available for your use. Boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, lifejackets, children's floaties, and sandcastle building tools ensure fun in the sun (for the young and old), and are located in our utility closet.
This spacious unit boasts a king bed in the master, where you will fall asleep to amazing sunset and ocean views and sounds of crashing waves. The second bedroom has two twin beds (combine to make a king) with tennis court and mountain views. The marble bathrooms provide comfort beauty and privacy with a soaking tub in the master! Each room's remote-controlled air conditioner can be set independently for varying comfort level. On-site laundry service and housekeeping available upon request. With breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains through every window you will fall to sleep and awaken to nature's beauty every day.

Two large and uniquely designed swimming pools (and kiddie pool), two 8-person hot tubs, the beach out your front door, two party/bbq huts for your enjoyment (serving food and alcoholic beverages during Christmas Easter and Spring Break), tennis courts, mini-golf, fitness room, soccer field, and access to many other amenities. With a gated entrance and onsite security present 24/7, our security team will assist you with everything from baggage to finding that hidden beach or restaurant you've heard about. The nearby Paradise Plaza boasts a grocery store ice cream and coffee shops, casual restaurants, internet cafes, a bank, ATM, medical center and clothing shops. Formal dining can be found in the Marina area and at neighboring hotels. A Wal-Mart Super Store (with groceries), Sam's Club, several large shopping plazas, elegant restaurants, galleries, jewelry stores and boutiques nearby to suit the most sophisticated tastes in just a short drive.
The beach is truly the most beautiful in Puerto Vallarta--wide, clean and private with a slight slope to the water. There are outdoor showers, palapas and lounge chairs near the water. A short walk up the beach you can rent horses, kayaks, jet-skis, catamarans, sail boats, windsurfers, and even go for a parasailing adventure. Golf at many of the world class courses nearby, and enjoy discounted rates as a guest at our complex.
Banderas Bay is absolutely spectacular. We are close to the night life of Puerto Vallarta, yet only 5 minutes from quiet Bucerias. Dolphins and humpback whales frequently feed just offshore while you enjoy your coffee on the terrace. During a walk on the beach you may find newly hatched baby turtles making their journey to the ocean.
Take a 5-minute cab ride north to Bucerias for fun and casual dining or a romantic dinner, followed by flea market shopping for souvenirs. Beachfront dining is the norm, and live music is available nightly. Refer to our welcome binder for menus and directions to restaurants in near by locations, as well as suggestions for activities, and even some helpful Spanish phrases to help you make the most of your visit!
