This charming,fully-equipped cottage is made of native spruce and nestled in wooded surroundings around a small pond is located just over a mile from some of the best bay and ocean beaches in the world.
Situated just a mile from the Cape Cod rail Trail and a short distance from Wellfleet Center, known for its art galleries and fine dining, this 900 square-foot furnished cottage is equipped with all the amenities you will need for a relaxing beach vacation.

KITCHEN
The kitchen contains an electric, self-cleaning oven, full-size refrigerator and microwave along with all necessary equipment, including dishes, silverware and pots and pans. There is also a small cooler and picnic jug available for use.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with two twin beds, and a loft that overlooks the livingroom containing a queen bed, providing sleeping accomodations for up to six people. Each bedroom contains a closet and built-in chest of drawers.

LIVINGROOM
The livingroom contains a couch, two chairs, and a color TV with cable and DVD player. A phone is also available for local calls only. Games are stored under the couch.
