Includes airport pick-up to and from airport, Air Conditioned Room, Queen size mattress bed (not foam), 2 days of escorted guided tour of the city of Cebu and to the largest mall, entertainment room included, free use of the pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, satellite TV, XBOX Game, and Karaoke, you can also used the BBQ Grill on the beach, Gazebo, private beach area, night fishing, crab hunting.

SPECIAL For $1,900 a month rental includes everything as above PLUS 8 days of vehicle transportion to the Cebu City thats 2 days per week. Daily breakfast included in the entainment room from 7am to 10pm please pre-order american style breakfast.
You can Rent our Car and driver 5,000 Pesos per day from early morning to midnight, fuel not included must be refueled at end of the day. Toyota Starlet 4 door.
Gratuity is not included, but greatly appreciated. You can also rent the area for a weddings party.

Don't worry they also have Mc Donald's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Star Buck Coffee here too.
As we the owners and with the family and kids we go back to the Philippines every 6 months and stay for a month. We enjoy going back because it's fun to be here, if you would like to meet us we are here every July and Dec. we can show you around. When it's time to retire we will be living here.
