Apartment is situated next to the Split`s most popular sandy beaches "Bačvice" (close to the hotel "Park") and gravel beaches "Ovčice" and "Trstenik" (close to the hotel "Split").
Close to the apartment there are tennis courts, diving club, swimming pool, ACI marina and popular restaurants "Bota", "Šumica", "Il Posto" and, by to the sea, many pizzerias and caffee bars.
The surface of apartment is 60 m2. There are 2 double airy rooms for King size bed for 4 persons with two A/C climate controle, 2TV (cable, SAT), DVD, video, fully equipped kitchen with dining-room and bathroom with washing machine, showers, linen and towels included, parking (free).

Its perfect location, just 10 mins. walking distance from the centre of the city, close to Roman Diocletian palace, harbour, bus and train station and just 5 mins. walking distance from famous sand beache called "Bačvice" with the kilometres promenade, fitness club, disco, restaurants and central grocery market.
If you want to make your visits more exciting you can go rafting on river Cetina near city Omiš, climbing to the nearby monumentairs or you can visits nearby islands (Brač, Hvar, Vis), monument town - Trogir, Dubrovnik, and the falls of Krk. Each of these activities is half an hour from Split.

- If you come by plane bus, ticket from the Airport to the city-centre Airport terminal costs 5 E and distance is the 25 km in other words 30
mins. drives buses, bus Airport- Airport terminal drives non stop
and directly in the centre and we can pick up by car from apartment.

Additional Rate Information
From October to May rate is 80 Euros per night.
From May to October rate is 100 Euros per night.
