Beach Time is a centrally located Barrier Dunes unit, truly in the heart of the complex. Beach Time is steps from the interior pool and tennis courts, a short stroll to the children's playground, the large lake, and a 5- to 7-minute stroll to the club house, gulf-front pool, and boardwalk to the beach. Your trip to the beach is made easier with the use of our beach cart, which you can place our beach chairs and umbrella in for your enjoyment at one of the prettiest beaches you'll see anywhere in the state of Florida! Beach Time is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit. Our floor plan is spacious and very comfortable for groups from a couple of two to a family of six. The parking level features our utility room with beach cart and beach equipment as well as our hot/cold outdoor shower and covered parking. The first level is our living room, with a large living area with queen sleeper sofa, dining seating for four with an additional total of four barstools, a fully equipped kitchen and a half-bath. Also on this level is the main deck with electric grill. On the second level you'll find the master bedroom with queen bed and private balcony as well as the second bedroom, featuring twin beds and it's own small private balcony as well. Both bedrooms have a private bath. The master bath has a separate tub and shower and double vanities.
