Beach Cliff is a wonderfully cheerful, comfortable, spacious family retreat. Unobstructed views of the water in both directions make this home a true gulf-front paradise. Watch the dolphins play from the screened porch or watch a pelican squadron head south for their morning hunt. If you are an early riser and visit in the off-season, you may just see a coyote trotting along the shoreline on his way toward the state park. Beach Cliff is designed with a family in mind. Tile floors in the living and kitchen area on the first level make it easier to keep clean during your stay. The living room furniture is comfortable and there's even a few bean bag chairs in the master bedroom closet for lounging while you watch a movie from the DVD selection or one you've brought with you. The layout of the house begins with the parking level, where you'll find the utility room with beach chairs, floats, toys, umbrella -- what we call the "community beach box" area. A full-sized washer and dryer and a Weber Kettle grill are also found in the utility room. On the parking pad are two picnic tables, a clothesline for wet bathing suits, an enclosed shower with hot/cold water and a private boardwalk/stairs to the beach. On the first floor is the living room, fully equipped and roomy eat-in kitchen, a large master bedroom with queen bed and private bath and a second queen bedroom as well as a second bath. The favorite feature of this level with our guests is our screened porch, complimented by a large sundeck. Patio furniture and outdoor lounging furniture are available for you to use and enjoy. Up the spiral staircase you'll find a large loft with a queen sleeper sofa and a twin/twin trundle bed. The upstairs bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the gulf and a telescope for stargazing at night. This level is finished off with a large full bathroom. SLEEPS: 8 (3 Queen Beds, Loft has Queen Sleeper & Twin/Twin Trundle, which gives you a choice of sleeping arrangements if your two guests using the loft are a couple or singles.
