An electric rotisserie barbecue is set up in the backyard. The home is air-conditioned for your comfort. Or you can cool off at the nearby swimming pool. The home features a nautical themed dining room, a queen-size bed in the private bedroom, queen-size sofa beds, two TVs with cable, a kitchen with full-size appliances, and towels, linens, and dishes, among other amenities. The home is located in a gated, safe, five-star community. There are deep boat ramps, a marina, a fish-cleaning station, a store, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, a children's playground, and an activity center with ping pong, a pool table, and a multitude of games.
