This lovely condo is elegantly decorated and in a great location. Centrally located in the Puget Sound area, you are within day-trip/driving distance to many of the great places in the Olympic Peninsula. This includes the Olympic National Park, Rainier National Park, Port Townsend, Gig Harbor, the San Juan Islands, the Seattle area, Olympia and even Portland, Oregon or Victoria, Canada.

The condominium is located in the town of Bremerton close to the Sinclair Inlet. It offers an excellent view of the Sound, with the quaint town of Port Orchard located on the opposite side. There are two bedrooms available. The master bedroom is spacious and offers a walk in closet, separate vanity, along with the tub, shower and toilet area. The king-size bed is very comfortable, especially with the designer bedding. There is also a large dresser for your clothing storage needs.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, luxurious bedding and separate closet. It also offers a large dresser for your clothing storage needs. There is a guest bathroom/vanity located off the hallway, which shares the tub/shower with the master bathroom.

The kitchen offers all the conveniences of the modern home. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, glassware and stemware are all provided for your use, including all new appliances. There is a nice dining table and chairs that fit 4+ comfortably, with a bar that overlooks the kitchen area. There is also a full-size washer and dryer available for your use.

The living area offers a beautiful slate fireplace for those chilly nights or just when you might want some extra ambiance. There is a large, comfortable microfiber couch that folds out into a queen-size sleeper when needed. The coffee and end tables are glass with slate tiles that match the fireplace. There is also a large overstuffed microfiber chair and ottoman available. In addition, there is a window seat in the recessed windowed area that overlooks the Sinclair Inlet. Sit back and watch the boats pass by in between chapters of your favorite book and maybe even a catnap. The condo also offers a TV, VCR, DVD and stereo.

There is a small balcony available off the dining area. Sit outside and/or BBQ your favorite meal while overlooking the beautiful view. The complex also offers an outdoor pool & hot tub, as well as tennis courts.
