This is the way to vacation, especially with a family! Plenty of room to stretch out, and cook a meal instead of eating out all of the time. And no sharing of the pool with a hotel full of strange people.

Additional Rate Information
There are no gimmicks here! We offer a great rate for a great home.
The rate is $110 per night, plus the mandatory sales tax of 13% and a $65 cleaning fee. Pool heating is available from Oct. to March at an additional $35 per day.
We require a $250 Booking deposit to hold your dates. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If arrival is less than 30 days, the full amount is due at booking.
We also do require a separate check for a damage deposit of $250. This is fully refundable after your inspection clean.
