2006 Rates - (February - July 15, 2006)
$900/week (A week is normally required from Feb. 1 - July 15)
$160/night (2 night minimum out of season)
$3,000/month
*In-season months (February through July 15) are booked on a weekly basis. Holiday and festival weekends from July 15 - Feb. 1 require a minimum of 4 nights and will not be reserved more than 3 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a week's stay.
Holidays and festivals book up quickly. We don't have special "extra high" rates for holidays, but the minimum booking is a requirement. Busy times include the usual holidays, the Arts Festival in April, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Seafood Festival in October. Please email us with questions.
Please, no smoking and no pets! (Rates are subject to increase without notice. Please check with us at the time of reservation.)
Rates do not include Florida 9% tax. No additional cleaning fees are charged. A credit card number or check for one night's stay is required to reserve stays of up to one week. Longer stays require at least a week's rental deposit.
