Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home located in the fabulous gated resort community of Windsor Palms.
Our fabulous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury Florida villa sleeps 8 people (10 with the double sofabed). It has an upgraded private pool with an extended pool deck. Our home is set in a peaceful and tranquil location yet only 3.5 miles from Disney, with every possible resort style amenity at your disposal. Compare our price with the cost of staying in a hotel - renting with us means you get 5* luxury accommodation at reasonable prices!
Renting our home gives you automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities. A 24-hour gated entrance provides security and the resort has a shuttle service to the main theme parks (small charge for shuttle service). Less than a 2 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and plenty of choice for dining out, including TGI Friday’s, Carrubba’s Italian Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Key W Kools, Red Lobster, and many others.
Our property is furnished and equipped to a high standard. We have 4 bedrooms, including 2 master en-suites which make it perfect for 2 families sharing. One Master has a King size bed, with a Queen size bed in the second Master room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, and share a further full bathroom. Master Bed One has a TV and DVD, Master Bed 2 has a 27" TV and DVD player, with both of the twin rooms also having TV's.
The lounge overlooks the pool and deck area and features a 32" TV (with Cable), Video, DVD/CD Player, as well as a Playstation 2 console with games for the children (or the young at heart!). The Playstation also doubles as a DVD player. The telephone permits free local calls, with a facility for credit card calls elsewhere. We have also provided a selection of family Board Games and some childrens videos.
The pool area has a covered lanai (patio), with padded loungers, padded chairs and poolside tables being provided for your relaxation.
The kitchen contains all of the home appliances you would expect in a luxury property, including dishwasher, waste disposal, larder fridge with freezer and ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate utility room. The kitchen has a large nook area for informal dining. We have provided a children's High Chair
As you would expect, the home is fully air-conditioned. All Linen and Towels (including pool towels) are supplied. We are very sorry but in the interests of all of our guests, there are no pets or smoking allowed in the house – you are free to smoke in the patio area.
For the duration of your stay you will also be able to call upon the services of our local management company, who, in the unlikely event of you experiencing any problems, will be on hand to resolve them at any time of the day or night.
